Thomas Dayras

Thomas Dayras has a diverse work experience with a focus on the wine and spirits industry. Thomas co-founded and served as the CEO of Matcha Wine, a B2B company providing sales solutions for wine, beer, and spirits. Prior to that, they worked as a sommelier at Maguey from 2013 to 2021. Thomas also founded their own company, Whitred, from 2014 to 2017. Thomas has also worked as a senior consultant and consultant at Stanwell Consulting, and interned at the same company earlier in their career. Thomas has experience in event coordination as a Special Events Coordinator at FIAF - French Institute Alliance Francaise. Additionally, Thomas served as the President of Oenocratia and worked as a store manager at NICOLAS.

Thomas Dayras attended ESCP Business School from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Master In Management degree. In 2013, they completed a program at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, earning a WSET III degree in Vins et spiritueux (Wines and Spirits).
