Brand and Design Director at Matchaful

Courtney Campbell has been working in the marketing industry since 2006. Courtney began their career as a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters, where they secured successful key performance indicators through a casual but effective selling style. In 2012, they joined Kenneth Byrd Design as an Associate Designer, where they implemented a rebranding initiative and designed a new website and company blog on WordPress. In 2015, they moved to Solomon Page as a Marketing Manager and Social Media Coordinator, where they built upon the foundational brand guidelines to develop a unique identity for each of the 14 divisions within the company and oversaw design and content for all creative pieces. In 2019, they joined Matchaful as a Brand and Design Director and Senior Marketing Manager, where they are responsible for Matchaful's preferred purveyor of premium, 100% USDA organic matcha from Japan and is a member of 1% Percent for The Planet, donating 1% of all sales to non-profit organizations.

Courtney Campbell attended James Madison University from 2008 to 2012, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Design.
