Director Of Outreach And Social Services at Matchbook Learning

Natalie Woods has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. In 1997, they worked as a Camp Counselor at the Comunity Alliance of The Far Eastside. From 2007 to 2014, they were a Building Substitute/Elementary Substitute at MSD Lawrence Township, where they conducted classroom activities and provided guidance to students. In 2007, they also began working at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, initially as a Health and Wellness Coach, supervising the wellness floor and maintaining fitness equipment. Natalie later became the Family, Teen, and Camp Director, overseeing multiple departments and managing staff. Natalie joined Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis in 2015 as a Program Support Coordinator, responsible for program partnership development and coordination. Most recently, since 2018, they have been working at Matchbook Learning, first as a Parent and Community Engagement Coordinator and currently as the Director of Outreach and Social Services.

Natalie Woods completed their Master's in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Natalie attended this university from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education-Exercise Science from Indiana State University. Natalie was enrolled in this program from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Natalie Woods obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
