Tony Higdon

Tony Higdon is an experienced professional in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at matchbox since February 2023. Previously, Tony was the Owner of Prime Restaurant Solutions from June 2022 to February 2023. From September 2012 to July 2022, Tony held roles as Director of Kitchen Operations and Executive Kitchen Manager at Farmers Restaurant Group. Tony also served as the Executive Chef at P.F. Chang's China Bistro from May 2001 to July 2012. Tony Higdon is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.
