Ger Blijham is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, training, and organizational development. Currently serving as a gids at Geopark De Hondsrug since 2015, Blijham also holds the position of Associe at Matchcare, focusing on reintegration, coaching, and development since October 2011. Through INVORM+ coaching en ontwikkeling, Blijham has evolved into a reliable trainer and coach, addressing work-related challenges with an emphasis on both organizational and individual needs. Previous roles include serving as an entrepreneurs coach at KvK from 2010 to 2014 and as a project leader/researcher at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, where innovative methods for mapping soil pollution were developed. Blijham holds a master’s degree in Economic and Social History from the University of Groningen and has completed various training programs to further enhance professional skills.
