Fletcher Kearney serves as the Head of Marketing at FANZO since January 2021, where the focus is on creating unforgettable sporting experiences for fans through an innovative platform. Prior to this role, Kearney gained extensive experience at the Australian Football League, holding several positions including Senior Marketing and Partnerships Manager and Marketing Programs Lead for Women and AFLW from November 2016 to November 2020. Kearney began a career in marketing at Victoria Police from June 2011 to April 2016, transitioning from Police Constable to roles focused on brand and audience coordination. Kearney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Monash University, completed between 2015 and 2017.
