Martina Monguzzi

Martina Monguzzi has over 4 years of work experience. Martina started their career in 2017 as a Wellness and SPA Manager Assistant at Hotel Principe di Lazise. In 2018, they joined HRS Group as an Account Manager M&G and Account Support Manager. In 2021, they became an Account Manager at matchplat. In their roles at HRS Group, they were responsible for managing and leading negotiations with local accounts, acquiring new local accounts, and strengthening business relationships with existing customers. Martina also consulted personal customers on how to optimize travel management and provided them with the right HRS solutions. At Hotel Principe di Lazise, they took care of all aspects of operations of beauty, health, and wellness, and defined budgets and created marketing and promotion campaigns.

Martina Monguzzi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2018, where they studied Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism law, English and Spanish languages. Martina then went on to pursue a Master I Level in Tourism Strategy and Management from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they hold a DELE B2 certification.
