But enough about MatcHR... Let's talk about me 😀.

I am an entrepreneur at heart with a strong focus on culture and people. In 2018 I emigrated to Kyiv, Ukraine to set up MatcHR. In our first year I grew MatcHR to 20 employees without any prior experience working or living in Ukraine 🇺🇦.

I actively share my experience on entrepreneurship, sourcing and recruitment through my personal blog at Medium https://medium.com/@adriaankolff and I am a regular keynote speaker at different events.

As an investor, my passion for start ups, new ideas and technology perfectly come together. The opportunity to help entrepreneurs realise their dreams and being part of that journey is a gift 🎁.

After attending 4 Burning Man's 🔥 in a row, completing a full Ironman 🏊🚴‍♂️🏃, in 2018 and raising >30K in 5 weeks by walking 24 hours, I know that "Anything is possible" as long as you believe in it.

For 2021 my personal goals are:

📚 Read 24 books (see my booklist on Medium)

🏃‍♂‍ Run the NY marathon (if possible)

🚀 Double MatcHR in size and turnover

❤️ Continue 24 hours as a non profit and set up "24 hours for the Planet"

💸 Grow my passive income above my cost level

✍️ Write a blog every month and have 6 of them published externally

🍆 Continue to be a vegetarian and have at least 3 plant based meals per week

💪 Exercise at least 4 times per week
