Anna Kalinikova

Anna Kalinikova is a Tech Talent Sourcer currently employed at Scandinavian Tobacco Group since January 2025, and has been serving as the Tech Sourcing Lead at MatcHR since June 2020. With a robust background in technical recruitment across various companies, including Deel and Miro, Anna has effectively managed teams and contributed to diversity sourcing initiatives, as well as participated in the development of recruitment resources. Anna's experience extends back to roles in recruitment and sourcing, underlining a strong foundation in identifying and securing talent for IT roles in dynamic environments. Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
