Dan Tchupan

Dan Tchupan has extensive work experience in various roles and sectors. Dan currently works at Matchtech as the Head of Sector - Mobility, leading a team of technical recruiters in search of talented Engineers within the Mobility Sector. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Mobility Engineering at Matchtech. Dan has also worked as a Lead Consultant and a Senior Consultant, specializing in Automotive, Motorsport, and Military clients. In 2018, they briefly worked at NIO as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the engineering team. Before that, they held a role as a Consultant in Oil&Gas at Eximius Energy, part of Eximius Group. Dan began their career at Aviva plc, where they worked as a Partnership Development Consultant and a Senior Retention Consultant in Sales. Dan's work experience spans over a decade and encompasses recruitment, consultancy, and management roles in various sectors.
