James Luckman is an experienced Project Manager and Programme Manager with a strong background in transportation and active travel projects. Currently managing sustainable transport initiatives at Bradford Metropolitan District Council, James has also contributed to various projects with St Helens Council and Matchtech. Previous roles include overseeing substantial transportation investment programs for Greater Manchester at Mott MacDonald and establishing governance structures for numerous transport schemes at Southampton City Council.
