Scott Zhu

Scott Zhu is a seasoned recruitment professional with over a decade of experience in the engineering and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering Industry at Matchtech, part of Gattaca Group, since January 2016, Scott has developed expertise in providing niche recruitment services across various engineering markets, including Aerospace, Automotive, and Infrastructure. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Energy & Engineering Team Manager at Networkers International, where responsibilities included client development and candidate placement. Scott's early career includes roles at VASTSEA Consultants Co., Ltd. as an Associate Consultant and at Sinovel Wind Group Co., Ltd. as a Service Engineer. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from North China Institute of Technology.
