Mark Stickney has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 with a summer internship at Minnesota Baseball Tournaments, where they coordinated and managed annual baseball tournaments. In 2012, they worked as a Fan Relations/Ticket Sales Representative at the University of Minnesota, providing excellent customer service to fans. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at C.H. Robinson as a Capacity Account Manager, securing capacity for shipments through carrier relationship development. In 2016, Stickney joined iCharts as an Account Executive and quickly distinguished himself as a top performer, ultimately becoming the first SDR to be promoted to Account Executive. Mark also served as a Sales Development Representative Team Lead. In 2017, they transitioned to Medely, first as an Account Executive responsible for building the Northern California market, then as a Senior Account Executive - Team Lead, training new sales hires. Stickney's most recent position is as a Strategic Account Manager at Matchwell, starting in 2023. In this role, they are the main point of contact for key clients, building trust and maintaining relationships, and providing regular updates and reporting to ensure client satisfaction.
