Robert Crowe

Robert Crowe has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Robert is currently the Executive Vice President - Local Staffing Solutions at Medical Solutions, a role they took on in 2022 after the company acquired Matchwell, where they were the Founder and CEO since 2018. Prior to that, they served on the Board of Directors at Arosa starting in 2018. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Founder and Managing Partner at Initio Advisory Group. Before that, they held various roles at Supplemental Health Care, including Vice President of Client Services, Vice President of Strategic Accounts, and Director of Strategic Accounts. Robert also gained experience at Randstad USA as a Manager of National/Global Financial Strategic Accounts and National Accounts Manager. Earlier in their career, they founded and worked as the Lead Facilitator at Leadership Solutions and served as an Experiential Education Facilitator at the Berry Outdoor Leadership Development Program (B.O.L.D.).
