Rogier Pennink is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as Lead Developer at MatchWornShirt since February 2021, Rogier oversees technical projects and team efforts. As Cofounder and CTO of Syndy since August 2012, Rogier has spearheaded all technical aspects of the company, which was recognized as one of the top ten startups in the Rockstart Accelerator 2013 program. In previous roles, Rogier contributed as a Backend Developer at Repudo from January to August 2012, focusing on maintaining the PHP backend and enhancing the company website through front-end development.
