Tamil Magan P.Eng, PMP® currently serves as Engineering Manager at Matcor-Matsu Group, overseeing engineering programs and leading a team of four while managing various engineering initiatives, including new product launches and program management. With experience as a Mentor/Ambassador for the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers, Tamil has previously held positions such as Production Controller at Yarlmetal Fabrications Inc. and Design Intern at RBR Ltd. Additional roles include Production Supervisor at Eagle Plastic Industries and Project Team Lead at SECO Instruments Pvt. Ltd., focusing on HVAC systems. Tamil earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University Chennai, consistently demonstrating strong leadership and technical expertise throughout a diverse career in engineering and project management.
