Camila San Roman

Camila San Roman is the COO and Co-Founder of Matech Studios, where responsibilities include participation in strategy design and business planning, as well as defining OKRs since February 2020. Prior to this role, Camila served as a Senior Consultant for Business Strategy and Human Resources at Dinamo from November 2017 to March 2021, providing strategic business advice and supporting execution. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Director and HR Analyst at SETUR S.R.L. from January 2016 to April 2019, contributing to strategic decision-making and HR management, and as an Administrative Manager at Campa Fútbol from August 2014 to December 2017. Additional roles include a sales position at El Vestidor in early 2015 and a Junior HR Analyst at XIMATEL S.A. from March 2012 to December 2014. Camila San Roman is an alumnus of Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21', graduating from 2010 to 2014.
