Bastian Wieder has a varied work experience. Bastian started their career as a Praktikant - Key Account Management at adidas in 2015. Bastian then served as a Freiwilligendienst at Bayerische Sportjugend Kreis Nürnberg from September 2016 to August 2017. Following this, they worked as a Messemitarbeiter at Lorenz Personal for a short period in January and February 2018. Simultaneously, from March 2018 to July 2020, they worked as a Kurierfahrer für Arzneimittel at Knäble & Müller GmbH. In March 2022, they began working as a Studentische Hilfskraft at GESIS - Leibniz-Institut für Sozialwissenschaften and is still currently employed there. Additionally, starting in November 2022, they joined Mateo as a Customer Success representative.

Bastian Wieder pursued their education in Political Science at the University of Mannheim. From 2017 to 2020, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science at the University of Mannheim. Subsequently, from 2020 to 2022, Bastian obtained their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Political Science from the same university.
