Christian Strauch

Christian Strauch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at SAP, starting with a rotational program during their studies and later taking on roles such as Account Executive and Specialized Sales for SAP SuccessFactors. Christian also had temporary assignments in the Global CoE Maintenance Controlling, Regional Business Operations - Office of the COO - Asia Pacific Japan, and Consulting Hybris Cloud for Customer. Additionally, they worked at Full Control GmbH on the development of a UEFA U19 European Championship application. In 2020, Christian served as a Strategic Advisor at HEYANNA. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and CEO of Mateo, a position they have held since 2023, and also serves as the Co-Founder and Head of Sales & Marketing.

Christian Strauch completed the Sales Trainee Program at SAP Sales Academy California from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended DHBW Mannheim, where they studied Business Administration. Additionally, Christian has obtained several certifications from SAP, including the SAP Alumni Award in May 2021, SAP Sales Skills 2020 - Franchise Gain to Grow in May 2020, and SAP Sales Skills 2019 - SAP Sales Executive in January 2019.
