Natalie Kaczmarek

Natalie Kaczmarek is an experienced professional with a focus on management and operations in the healthcare and aviation sectors. Currently serving as Programme Manager for Public Initiatives and previously as Head of Access and Scheduling at Mater Private Network since July 2019, Natalie has a strong background in patient services and capacity management from roles at Beacon Hospital. Previous experience at Ryanair includes positions as Flight Deck Rostering Analyst and Scheduling Analyst. Academically, Natalie holds an MSc in Supply Chain Management from Dublin Institute of Technology and a BS in Human Resources Management from Technological University Dublin, along with an ITEC Certificate in Travel & Tourism from Dorset College.
