Lina Baouche has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Lina started their career as a Legal Intern at Fuchs Cohana Reboul & Associés in 2014 and then moved on to JeantetAssocies as a Legal intern from August to December 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Legal Affairs Intern at Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) – France. Lina then joined Visconti & Grundler as an Élève-Avocat in January 2016 and Hogan Lovells as an Élève-avocat from July 2016 to January 2017. Lina returned to Visconti & Grundler as an Avocat / Associate from June 2017 to May 2018. In 2018, Lina worked as an Associate at BOLD Avocats from June to December and then joined D'Alverny Avocats as an Avocat / Associate from December 2018 to December 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Matera, starting from November 2021. Lina's experience includes roles such as Team Lead, Key Accounts Customer Success Manager, and Associate, showcasing their expertise in the legal and customer success fields.

Lina Baouche completed a Master's degree in Finance and Strategy at Sciences Po from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat (CAPA) from Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris (EFB) in 2016. In 2014, they earned another Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Before that, Lina completed their Institut d'Etude Judiciaire Jean Domat, Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne, and obtained their CRFPA qualification in 2013. Additionally, they hold certifications in AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) from France, obtained in June 2017, and IELTS (International English Language Testing System) with a score of 7.5 out of 9, obtained from the British Council in February 2014.
