Tiphaine Gouraud has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they worked as a Telemarketer at SAFTI from June to August. Tiphaine later joined Delicorner as a Business Development Manager from September 2016 to March 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Trainee at the European Commission from April to September, and also served as a Microeconomics Teaching Assistant at Toulouse School of Economics from September 2018 to January 2019. Tiphaine then joined KPMG as a Trainee in Competition Economics from April to September 2019, where they conducted competition analysis. In 2019, they also created their own company, Gouraud SAS, and managed the process of setting up the business, including contract negotiations. In 2020, they worked as a Product Manager for the Association Plateforme Carbone, leading a team to develop an online carbon footprint calculator. From July to September 2020, they organized the Freelance Nation exhibition. Currently, they are employed at Matera, where they initially worked as a Customer Onboarding Manager, and now serves as a Team Lead in Customer Onboarding since April 2022.

Tiphaine Gouraud began their education at the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in 2013, where they pursued a Licence de droit until 2016. During the same period, they also attended the Toulouse School of Economics and obtained a Licence d'économie. After completing these undergraduate degrees, Tiphaine continued their studies at the Toulouse School of Economics. In 2017, they enrolled in the Master 1 (M1) program in Economics and Competition Law, which they completed in 2018. Finally, they pursued a Master 2 (M2) degree in Economics and Competition Law at the Toulouse School of Economics from 2018 to 2019.
