Josh Bernstein is a seasoned professional in the restaurant and foodservice industry, currently serving as Manager of Site Operations at Material Bank® since January 2023. Prior experience includes acting as a Partner at OVLO Eats from May 2017 to January 2023, where premium casual eateries were developed, and as Proprietor of Chez Porky's BBQ Restaurant from June 2015 to May 2017. Josh also managed operations at Red Lobster from November 2010 to May 2015 and worked as Location Supervisor at Aramark from June 2007 to June 2010. Josh holds a degree in Restaurant and Foodservice Management from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management and completed Sandler training from 2016 to 2017.
