Ismail Hossain Tushar has a wealth of experience in the textile industry. Ismail Hossain began their career in 2012 as a Production Leader at Northern Tosrifa Group, where they were responsible for fabric design, development, fibre and machinery selection. In 2014, they moved to Shore to Shore Bangladesh Ltd. as a Team Leader for Creative Product Development and Customer Service, where they were accountable for the leadership, creation, execution and operational delivery of multiple retail brands' textile trims and accessories. From 2016 to 2021, Ismail worked at Groz-Beckert as the National Sales and Business Development Manager for Nonwoven, Weaving and Carding. During this time, they established and pioneered for creating new markets, expanding current market share and generating business development. From 2021 to 2022, Ismail held various roles at various companies, including Co-Founder at Zero Panik Textile Recycling, Sales Business Development Consultant at eRMG, Sales Business Development Consultant at Bandicoot, Sales Business Development Consultant at Material Exchange, and Sales Manager at Dysin Group. Ismail Hossain Tushar has a comprehensive educational background. In 2008, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Textile Engineering and Fabric Manufacturing Technology from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. In 2014, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from BRAC University. In 2020, they began a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Textile Management at Bangladesh University of Textiles, which they are still pursuing.
