Nina Kemera Dunđerski

Customer Success Manager at Material Exchange

Nina Kemera Dunđerski has held various roles in the industry since 2015. Nina started as a Junior Logistics Manager at Kemera NS in 2015, and then moved to InterMediaKT in 2018 as a Content Creator. In 2019, they worked as an Editor/Content Creator at Zelene priđe and as a Logistics Manager at Kemera NS. Nina then joined Shyft in 2020 as a Customer Success Manager, and is currently employed in the same role at Material Exchange.

Nina Kemera Dunđerski completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Philosophy in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Grammar School 'Karlovačka gimnazija' from 2009 to 2013. Nina also holds several certifications from Intercom, including "Delivering a world-class customer support experience" (November 2022), "Help customers in context with self serve support" (November 2022), "Build an effective Conversational Support team" (October 2022), "Get ahead of known issues with proactive support" (October 2022), "Become a Conversational Support Expert" (September 2022), and "Set up Intercom for your business" (September 2022).
