Lexy Howell

Lexy Howell has a strong background in payroll management and risk management. Lexy most recently served as the Director of Payroll at OnPoint Group, LLC starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Payroll Manager at FiscalNote from 2021 to 2022. Lexy's experience also includes Managerial roles at Integra Connect from 2018 to 2021 and TEKsystems from 2016 to 2018, where they managed payroll operations and overall operational services.

Lexy Howell holds a FPC (Fundamentals of Payroll) Certificate from the American Payroll Association. Lexy also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Specializing in Management and Leadership Summa Cum Laude from Capella University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution. Lexy has also received Dean's List honors from Capella University for the years 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
