Todd Heaward

Todd Heaward has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Todd began their career in 1996 as a Draftsman and Fire Safety Specialist at Universal Fire Protection, where they drafted fire system layouts and produced detailed fire alarm system diagrams. Todd then joined Nelson Engineering Services as a Draftsman, where they translated field notes into detailed drawings of fiber-optic cable installations.

In 1998, Todd transitioned to G.E. Transportation Systems as a Mechanical Designer, supporting the design and documentation of multiple projects and providing field engineering support for a prototype brake system. Todd stayed with G.E. Transportation Systems until 2000.

From 2001 to 2012, Todd worked at Tompkins Associates as a Senior Consultant, overseeing site installations for various clients and collaborating with partners and directors to develop successful and sustainable solutions. Todd then joined Material Handling Technologies Inc. as a Project Manager from 2013 to 2014.

In 2014, Todd joined Grenzebach Corporation as a Project Manager before returning to Tompkins International in 2016. At Tompkins International, they held the positions of Project Manager and Sr. Consultant - Applications Engineering until 2019. During this time, they managed projects and provided expertise in applications engineering.

Since 2019, Todd has been working at Material Handling Technologies Inc. as the Director of Mechanical Engineering and Project Manager. As the Director of Mechanical Engineering, they are responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering-related activities, while also managing various projects.

Throughout their career, Todd has demonstrated their ability to excel in project management and engineering roles, consistently delivering successful outcomes for their employers.

Todd Heaward obtained an Associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design between 1996 and 1998.
