Paul Deninger

Paul Deninger is an experienced operating partner at Material Impact, an early-stage venture firm specializing in material science technologies. Deninger also serves as chairman of GenPhoenix, a developer of advanced sustainable materials, and holds non-executive director positions on the boards of Resideo and EverQuote. As a board member of Tomorrow.io and EcoSmart Solution, Deninger contributes to innovative weather technologies and energy-efficient residential solutions, respectively. Additional advisory roles include SoftServe and Absolute Software, and past board engagements with VANTIQ and smartShift demonstrate expertise in IT services and software solutions. Deninger holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS from Boston College, and participated in the Director's College at Stanford Law School.
