Heather Dougherty

Heather Dougherty is a seasoned professional in customer experience transformation and marketing communications. Serving as Vice President of Engagement Management and Managing Director of Client Engagement & Program Management at Material since January 2021, Heather leads initiatives to enhance client engagement. Prior to this role, Heather spent over 12 years at Karma Agency, advancing through positions from Account Executive to Managing Director, where significant projects included the implementation of a multi-media creative campaign for Penn Medicine. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University, earned between 1997 and 2001, and is a graduate of Washington Township High School.
