Penny Bhathal has extensive experience in management and research, currently serving as the Director of Global Tracking at Material since September 2013, where previous roles included Senior Technical Manager and Technical Manager. Prior to this, Penny was a Content Manager at Beyond The Purchase and a Graduate Researcher at the Personality & Consumer Well-being Lab at San Francisco State University. Earlier experience includes working as a Lab Assistant in Engineering Packaging at Edwards Lifesciences. Penny holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Irvine and a Master of Arts in Research and Experimental Psychology from San Francisco State University.
