Richard Meneses

Richard Meneses serves as the Associate Director of Enterprise Applications Finance at Material since October 2021, where responsible for leading the Enterprise Application Finance team, enhancing operational stability through various system improvements, and collaborating with HR, PSA Delivery, PMO, and Finance to streamline processes. Previously, Richard held the position of Application Administrator, focusing on the technical implementation of Workday Financials and supporting 1200 users. Prior to joining Material, Richard worked at Radian as an Application Administrator for Financial Systems, where expertise in Oracle Cloud Applications was utilized to optimize business processes. Richard began a career in finance technology as a Corporate Systems Intern at Radian, contributing to the Financial Modernization Project Team with a focus on data management and end-user support. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Cabrini University.
