Katrijn Michielsen

Katrijn Michielsen is an experienced professional in the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as the International Clinical Engineering Manager at Materialise since May 2016, where Katrijn leads an international team in delivering innovative solutions for craniomaxillofacial and orthopaedic surgeons. Prior to this role, Katrijn held various positions at UZ Leuven from August 2010 to April 2016, including CMF Clinical Engineering Team Leader and PhD Researcher focusing on diffusion-weighted MRI in ovarian cancer. Earlier work experience includes roles as a laboratory worker in microbiology at Lavetan and as an administrative employee at Janssen Pharmaceuticals.
