Barbara Munderloh Zurbriggen has extensive work experience at Materion Corporation, starting in 2004. Barbara Munderloh initially served as the Market Manager for Primary Operations from 2004 to 2006 and later transitioned to the role of Market Manager for Mechanical Systems from 2007 to 2011. In these positions, Barbara successfully pursued and secured growth opportunities in industries such as heavy equipment, infrastructure, and semiconductor. Barbara Munderloh also developed and implemented lower-cost alloy extensions, resulting in a 15% increase in the legacy market.

Starting in 2012, Barbara became the Marketing Director at Materion Corporation, where they played a vital role in driving market vision, positioning, mix, and channel management. Barbara Munderloh expanded into new markets by diversifying product offerings and created a new segmentation practice that allowed for price increases of up to 25%. This initiative led to increased profitability and accelerated growth for the company. Barbara also championed the creation of a marketing hub and redefined product line messaging and language to adapt to changing customer audiences.

In 2015, Barbara transitioned to the role of Director of Product Management. Through their leadership, they championed and drove the adoption of product management concepts, building influence and product ownership through cross-functional initiatives. Barbara's efforts resulted in their promotion from managing a $30 million product line to directly overseeing a combined $140 million product line. Barbara Munderloh was responsible for delivering a return on invested capital for all product families in markets such as telecommunications, semiconductor, aerospace, oil & gas, and industrial/automotive tooling.

Most recently, Barbara has taken on the role of Vice President of Supply Chain Management, starting in December 2020. Their responsibilities in this position are currently ongoing, and no end date has been specified.

In 2002, they enrolled at Case Western Reserve University, where they focused on strategy and marketing. Over the span of two years, from 2002 to 2004, they immersed herself in their studies, determined to excel in their chosen field.
