Mike Roche

Mike Roche has extensive experience in environmental health and safety (EHS) and compliance management, currently serving as Compliance Manager at Materion Corporation since February 2013, where responsibilities include managing onsite EHS and customer quality. Prior roles include promoting a positive behavior-based safety culture at Stiefel Laboratories, coordinating EHS activities at Moog Ireland Ltd., and various engineering and management positions at Dell and AST Computer. Mike Roche holds a Master’s degree in Lean & Six Sigma from the University of Limerick, a Diploma in EHS with Honours from the same institution, and a degree in Manufacturing Technology.
