Philip Gelso

Philip Gelso is an experienced attorney with a career spanning over two decades. Since 1998, Philip has led the Law Offices of Philip Gelso and has served as a solicitor for various organizations, including Maternal and Family Health Services, Inc. and the Children’s Advocacy Center of NEPA. In addition to these roles, Philip holds positions as a solicitor for Jackson Township Zoning Hearing Board and Dallas Borough Zoning Hearing Board, along with serving as an alternate solicitor for the latter. Prior to these roles, Philip was a member at Briechle & Gelso, LLC, and an associate at Moses & Gelso, LLP. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in History/Political Science from the University of Scranton.
