Brittany Welding is an experienced professional in development and communications, currently serving as the Associate Director of Development at Maternity Care Coalition since June 2022. Prior to this role, Brittany held positions at Lifecycle WomanCare as a Development & Communications Associate from August 2018 to June 2022, and at Main Line Doulas, where responsibilities included Coordinator of Doula and Client Relations and Postpartum Doula from April 2013 to August 2018. Early career experience includes serving as Prospect Researcher & Coordinator of Online Services and Assistant Coordinator of Online Services at Eastern University from May 2008 to March 2013, along with a brief role as a Vocational Assistant at Melmark in 2008. Brittany earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eastern University in 2008.

Since 1980, Maternity Care Coalition has assisted more than 145,000 families throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, focusing particularly on neighborhoods with high rates of poverty, infant mortality, health disparities, and changing immigration patterns. We know a family’s needs change as they go through the pregnancy and their child’s first years and we offer a range of services and programs for every step along the way.
