Kianna Little Mph, Ches®

Kianna Little, MPH, CHES®, currently serves as the Healthy Start Program Manager at Maternity Care Coalition since February 2020. Previously, Kianna worked as a Prevention Specialist at Philadelphia FIGHT, where responsibilities included supervising staff, training Patient Navigators, and implementing evidence-based interventions for HIV-positive individuals. Kianna's experience also encompasses a role as a Biostatistics Consultant and several research-focused positions at the University of Pennsylvania, contributing to studies on adolescent health and HIV/AIDS. Kianna holds a Master of Public Health degree from La Salle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Penn State University.
