Shivansh S. began their work experience as a Legal Intern at the Supreme Court of India in 2015. Following this, they worked as a Legal Trainee and later an Associate at Desai & Diwanji from 2016 to 2018. Shivansh then joined Max Healthcare as an Assistant Manager Legal, where they were involved in M&A and Banking & Finance Transactions and provided legal advice on general corporate and regulatory matters. In 2019, they started working as an Independent Private Practitioner at External Counsel. Most recently, Shivansh S. has been serving as the In-House Counsel at Materra since April 2021 and was promoted to the role of Legal & Finance Lead (UK & India) in June 2022.

Shivansh S. completed their Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Queen Mary University of London in 2021. Prior to this, they attended the QLTS School (SQE Prep) to gain knowledge in the Common Law and English legal system, although specific start and end years for this program are not provided.

In terms of additional certifications, Shivansh obtained a Practising Certificate - Solicitor (England & Wales) from the Solicitors Regulation Authority in February 2022.
