Antoine Legrand

Antoine Legrand is a Project Developer specializing in Acquisition & Development at Matexi since September 2022. Prior to this role, Antoine worked as an Attaché qualifié for the Service public de Wallonie, overseeing the Observatoire du foncier agricole within the Direction de l'Aménagement foncier rural from February 2021 to August 2022. Previous experience includes a position as a Researcher at the Conférence Permanente du Développement Territorial and as a Chargé d'études at CSD INGENIEURS, where Antoine focused on environmental impact studies and urban planning projects. Antoine holds a Postgraduate Master's degree in Urbanism and Strategic Planning from KU Leuven and a Master's degree in Geographic Sciences from the University of Liège, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Geography.
