Tim Electeur, MRE, currently serves as Corporate Finance Manager at Matexi since March 2023. Previously, Tim held the position of Investeringsmanager Vastgoed at PMV from March 2020 to March 2023, and prior to that, Tim was a Business Banker at Belfius Regio Aalst for nearly a decade, from August 2010 to March 2020. Tim began a career as a Business Analyst at IBM between October 2008 and July 2010. In terms of education, Tim earned a Master in Real Estate Management from Antwerp Management School from 2020 to 2022, followed by a Master in Commercial Engineering from KU Leuven from 2005 to 2008. Tim also studied at Katholieke Universiteit Brussel from 2003 to 2005.
