Caroline Phillips is an experienced educator currently serving as a UFT/DOE Peer Collaborative Teacher at the NYC Department of Education since June 2016, where responsibilities include supporting science faculty, designing professional learning for over 100 faculty members, and developing action plans aligned with school community needs. Previously, Caroline held roles as a Middle School Science Teacher and UFT/DOE Model Teacher, achieving notable student success in science assessments. Additionally, Caroline serves as a Master Teacher with Math for America, focusing on educational leadership and teacher development.
