Miriam Ong Ante

Miriam Ong Ante is an experienced educator specializing in mathematics and statistics, currently serving as a Math and Statistics Teacher at Hunter College High School since August 2019 and as a Math Instructor at the Art of Problem Solving since February 2023. Miriam holds the titles of Master Teacher and Math for America Fellow at Math for America since June 2013, alongside previous roles as an Adjunct Instructor at The City College of New York and Faculty at Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics. Additionally, experience includes teaching SAT Math and Mathematics at New Visions Charter High School for Advanced Math and Science II from July 2014 to November 2022 and leading math instruction at the International Rescue Committee's Refugee Youth Summer Academy in June 2019. Miriam holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics Education from The City College of New York and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
