Simona Kairienė

Simona Kairienė has a diverse and extensive work experience. Simona started their career in 2014 as a Quality Control Chemist at Saybolt International, where they were responsible for preparing and analyzing petroleum product samples and issuing quality certificates. Simona then worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at UAB PILSENA from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they ensured quality standards and conducted audits. In 2019, Simona joined UAB Philip Morris Lietuva as a Quality Assurance Technician, where they evaluated products based on standards, analyzed quality data, and provided guidance for production. Simona also trained and coached production employees. Currently, Simona is the Head of Skincare Development at MATH SCIENTIFIC, a position they have held since September 2020.

Simona Kairienė had their educational journey begin in 2009 when they enrolled at Klaipeda University. Simona completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering Chemistry in 2014. Following their undergraduate studies, Simona pursued further education and enrolled at both Kaunas University of Technology and Lithuanian University of Health Sciences in 2017. Simona completed a Master's degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from both institutions in 2019.
