Julia Baller is the Director of Medicaid Analytics at Mathematica, where they lead complex data analytics projects focused on behavioral health and substance use disorders. With a Ph.D. in Health Services Research and Policy from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Julia previously served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant there. They have also worked as a consultant for the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the University of Pittsburgh, contributing to various health policy initiatives.
