Madison Simmons

Madison Simmons is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Associate at Matheny Sears Linkert & Jaime LLP since July 2018. Previously, Madison held positions as an Associate Attorney at Eric Ratinoff Law Corp from August 2015 to July 2018 and at Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff from June 2014 to August 2015. Madison has also contributed to legal scholarship as an Associate Articles Editor for the Pacific McGeorge Global Business & Development Law Journal from May 2012 to May 2013 and gained practical experience through internships at the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office and Yolo County Superior Court. Madison's early career included a role as a Visitor Use Assistant with the National Park Service and an internship with the Supreme Court of the U.S. Madison holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Merced. Additionally, Madison participated in the Pre-Law Summer Institute for American Indians & Alaska Natives.
