Shelbi Ovenstone

Shelbi Ovenstone is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor relations and employment law. Since January 2018, Shelbi has served as a Labor Relations Consultant at UC Davis while simultaneously working as an Attorney at Matheny Sears Linkert & Jaime since February 2012. Prior experience includes contract work as a Contract Attorney from January 2011 to May 2012, and a full caseload management role at The Sieving Law Firm from January 2010 to January 2011. Earlier roles encompass law clerk positions at Andrus Anderson LLP and the Law Offices of Michael C. Hall, as well as a role at the Department of Labor focused on ERISA violations. Shelbi holds a JD from Golden Gate University and a BA in Political Science with a Paralegal Certification from California State University, Chico.
