Kelly Ann Rodas

Kelly Ann Rodas is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Mather since August 2018. In this role, Kelly Ann represents the organization in community outreach, partnership development, and events, while proactively identifying sources of top talent and building relationships with various organizations and educational institutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Manager at Mariano's, where Kelly Ann managed hiring needs and employee training, and as an Assistant Store Manager at Ulta Beauty, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing store operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Kelly Ann holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
