Amanda Pizzardi is a lawyer at Mathers McHenry and Co. She applies a practical approach to dispute resolution all while remaining a fierce advocate for her clients.
In her employment practice, Amanda regularly advises and represents both employers and employees in matters related to wrongful and constructive dismissals, employment contracts, executive compensation, and human rights complaints. She also conducts workplace investigations as well as represents both complainants and respondents with respect to allegations that arise in the workplace.
Amanda also maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice and often appears before administrative tribunals, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Small Claims Court.
Amanda completed her J.D. at Western University where she competed in numerous negotiation and advocacy competitions. Prior to law school, Amanda graduated from York University with an Honours Degree in Applied Mathematic
