Josh Cloninger is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in real estate and HVAC consulting. Since October 2017, Josh has served as a Real Estate Broker/Realtor at Mathers Realty, where expertise in property transactions has been demonstrated. In addition to real estate, Josh has been a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Consultant at Integrity Heating & Cooling since September 2021, providing specialized guidance in HVAC systems. Prior to these roles, from February 2005 to May 2018, Josh held the position of Operations Manager at Mary Jo's Cloth Store, managing day-to-day operations and contributing to the business's success.
