Darren Maher

Darren Maher is a partner and co-head of the Corporate Department at Matheson, where they have led the Financial Institutions Group since 2017. They have been instrumental in advising both domestic and international financial institutions on various aspects of financial services law and regulation. Ranked Band 1 in Chambers, Darren has also been admitted to the Hall of Fame in Legal 500 for Corporate Insurance. They frequently speak and chair discussions at industry conferences and contribute to significant financial services publications. Darren holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (International) from University College Dublin and completed the Professional Practice Course at the Law Society of Ireland.
